Sign up with your phone number, verify it with the OTP we send you, set a password, and create a 4-digit transaction PIN to authorize purchases.

Gigly is currently available on Android. An iOS version is planned.

MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile. You can buy for yourself or for someone else's number.

Yes. Your connection is secured with HTTPS, your PIN and password are encrypted, and you can protect your account with biometric (fingerprint) login. Purchases require your transaction PIN.

Each account gets a dedicated bank account number (via Monnify). Transfer to it from any bank and your Gigly wallet is credited.

Funding is instant or near-instant once your transfer goes through.

There's no cap on how much you can hold in your wallet. There is a daily spending limit that depends on your account tier — this protects your account.

Your Gigly wallet is for buying data, airtime, and other services on the app. It isn't a bank account, so funds can't be withdrawn back to a bank.

You earn cashback on every data, airtime, and vault purchase. Your rate depends on your loyalty tier (based on lifetime spend), and Gigly Premium members earn an extra 2% on top. You can also earn from daily streaks, the spin wheel, and referrals.

Bank transfer to your dedicated Gigly account number. Card payments are coming soon.

Data and airtime purchases have no added fees. The Data Vault charges a ₦20 fee each time you store a bundle for later.

Data and airtime are delivered automatically, usually within moments of purchase.

Yes. Toggle "buy for another number" and enter the recipient's phone number.

If a purchase fails, you're refunded automatically — the amount goes straight back to your wallet. No action needed on your part.

The Data Vault lets you buy a bundle now and store it to redeem later, to any number. There's a ₦20 fee each time you store a bundle.

Auto Top-Up buys data on a schedule you set. You can choose daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, a custom interval (every few days), or automatically when your data runs low.

Yes. Enter a number and Gigly detects the network — including ported numbers.

Log a purchase each day to keep your streak. You earn ₦3 a day for the first six days, and on day seven you get a bonus of between ₦5 and ₦50.

Make a data purchase to unlock a free daily spin. Prizes range from ₦10 to ₦200 in cashback.

Share your referral code. When someone you refer makes their first successful purchase, you earn ₦50 — with no cap on how many people you refer.

Premium is a monthly subscription (default ₦1,000/month) paid from your wallet balance. It gives you an extra 2% cashback, priority support, and access to exclusive deals.

Gigly Rewards has 9 tiers based on your lifetime spend: Tadpole, Regular, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Shark, Whale, Unicorn, and Elite. Higher tiers earn a higher cashback rate on every purchase, up to 2%.

Yes. Enable biometric login in your settings to sign in with your fingerprint.

You can update your 4-digit transaction PIN from your account settings.

Open Gigly, go to Settings and tap Delete Account, then confirm with your transaction PIN. If you no longer have the app, email support@gigly.ng. Your balance is not forfeited — if you have funds left, our support team will contact you to arrange payment.

Failed purchases are refunded automatically and instantly to your wallet. If you believe you're owed a refund that hasn't appeared, contact support.
